Game Observations: 1. Biggest win of the college football year 2. Texas should've had a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty for the bottles being thrown on the field. It's the only way to maintain control of the crowd and the refs sent the wrong message to all college football fans. Kirby pretty much said this in his interview. 3. Beck didn't play well but our WRs don't do anything to help him out. I grew up in era where if you can get your hands on the ball at all, you catch it. We had a lot of drops! We need improvement from both! 4. J Walker and M Williams are dominant players for our defense which bowed up and finally played like a UGA defense. We dominated both lines of scrimmage. 5. GO DAWGS!!! And I love the show guys!

If you told me before the game that Carson Beck was going to have 3 interceptions, 0 touchdowns, and nothing else, I would have thought Texas would win by at least 30 points. The Vanderbilt Alabama game was the most SURPRISING result this season, but it wasn't the best game of the season. This wasn't the most surprising win of the season, we're talking Georgia here. The idea that Georgia could beat Texas was not a stretch, the idea that Vanderbilt could beat Alabama after they just knocked off Georgia the week before was. With that said, Georgia was probably the most disrespected team before a big game, this season. Which I love. Being disrespected is the best motivation fuel for a team like Georgia. So ESPN, in the future, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, disrespect Georgia before every major game. It makes winning feel so damn good. Go Dawgs! PS: Fans throwing crap on the field has something to do with orange and white uniforms. I think looking like a Creamsicle, makes people a little crazy. We should research this. But at least Texas didn't throw mustard and golf balls on the field.

1. There was contact on the Arian Smith interception play, but that wasn't PI, even though UGA's players have been called for less, but there is no review or overturning that play and the refs should be fined and/or suspended. 2. There should have been a 15 yard penalty on Texas for unsportsmanlike conduct for chucking bottles on the field. 3. They got the Dan Jackson targeting penalty right. 4. The targeting on Aguerro was BS as his head was to the side and the runner dropped their head, but Aguerro still hit with the side of his helmet. into the runner's chest. 5. There was clear video evidence that Etienne got into the end zone and that should have counted on 2nd down. 6. There was clear evidence that Etienne got there for the 1st down. Remember when Bowers kept his body inbounds in the NC game and the ball crossed the line to gain before he went out or hit the ground? There is an imaginary line that extends out of bounds at the first down line to gain and that determines if get got there or not and it was clear Etienne did not go out or hit the ground before crossing that line. Even with all that and Beck's errors, that Dawgs still dominated.

Rule 10, Section 1, Article 1 emphasizes: "A penalty is completed when it is accepted, declined or canceled according to rule, or when the choice is obvious to the referee. The penalty shall be completed before the ball is declared ready for play for any ensuing down." Since the penalty was announced, marked off, and the ball was set, it should not have been revisited or reversed. The delay caused by the crowd interference provided additional time for reconsidering the call, which was inconsistent with the intended flow of the game. Further, the crowd's disruption should have resulted in an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, as stated in the NCAA rulebook’s emphasis on game control. It’s concerning that no such penalty was enforced, especially since the delay ultimately influenced the outcome of the call. This sets a dangerous precedent, where fan behavior indirectly pressures officials into reversing decisions that should be final once the ball is set for play. To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of the game, officiating decisions must follow these established rules, and crowd behavior must be addressed appropriately.
