Yes absolutely , infact there were many people in our group who were riding the first time. So depending on your skill they will teach you how to ride and trot and also accompany you personally in case you need more assistance. You can choose to simply let the horse walk or go riding as fast as you want

Hi , Yes you are allowed to take children here and the horses are trained well enough so it becomes easier riding with a 5 year old

Hey , it’s absolutely safe to travel here because if you see the map , Kazakhstan is far away from both Iran and Israel , that’s a more Middle East problem and this is Central Asia
