If u are in Kerala and Police stop u, u dont have any scope of discussion.. achha bura sab border ke baahar, Motor Vehicle Dept ka hukum chalta hay idhar, gaadi japth hay bhaiyya.. fine bharke, police station se he replace kare bina nai milti gaadi and that also depends on how u speak. Agar samajlo gaadi road me stop karwaya or aap police station aane se mana kiya, to or problem.. Stunts ya race kiye tho license bhi cancel ho jaega.. STRICT EKDUM!!
