Riding my New Scooter to Miami Beach : Inmotion Climber Review

I got a new scooter and took it out for a ride to Miami Beach and back to Downtown Miami. The Inmotion Climber has two 750w Motors with a 35 mile range and travels at 23 mph. I really enjoyed how well this scooter handled, and was really impressed with the build quality.

Very cool ....is that the only scooter route to the south beach.....I am looking for a one bed room plus condo in Miami area . Brickell. Edagewater , Mid Town and Ft Lauderdale by NuRiver ....I like to e bike ....a considering a scooter.. I want a location were I can walk or scooter, e bike to fun interesting place .I am retired a people say Miami is too young ? But I like that lifestyle. Miami offer so much variety in a close area ..like NYC in a lifestyle way .Distance on a scooter is important to me. 24 mph is good enough . and carry weight

Nice tour with the Hillclimber. I live in SE Pennsylvania in the northern Philly suburbs and there are a ton of hills in our neighborhood. I weigh 230, and it effortlessly climbs some pretty long and steep hills with no problem, even in cold December weather, which curtails power and range from the lithium ion batteries. I do wish it had 50% more battery, but other than that, I love it. I can get to 22-23mph no problem even at 230lbs. 🙂 If they could combine the S1 with the Hillclimber with a suspension and true 25 mile range for $1500, that would be near perfect.

As a Miami Beach native living in Queens for the past 16 years, I’d recommend Pizza Rustica at 863 Washington Avenue (just 2 short blocks from Ocean Drive on the corner of Washington Ave & 9th Street). It’s nothing like NY style pizza but why be disappointed trying to find NY style pizza outside of the city. They serve “Roman style” rectangular slices (each slice is served cut into 6 smaller pieces to make it easier to eat) in all sorts of topping combinations. You should check out KZbin videos or online reviews of it to see if you’d like it.

Dualtron scooter is in another category. Super powerful and fast. Heavy too. Not really practical if you need to use mass transportation in between using the Dualtron.

A suspension system would help with the bumps but I find the Inmotion Climber well enough to handle bumps on its own.

I used to live in Florida. I recognize a lot of the roads you went on. I was staying in Fort Lauderdale. That's a nice scooter, by the way. The last time I checked, the max speed for scooters was 30 MPH in Florida. 🛴
