Riding on a TROLLEYBUS | East Anglia Transport Museum

Thanks for posting. As a kid I rode on trolleybuses. Apart from the older ones which could be a bit jerky, they were smooth, quiet, had great acceleration, could climb hills easily and produced no fumes in the street. Their passing was mourned by many. The Derby vehicle is almost one of the last trolleys to be built.

Interesting, thanks for that, yes I believe the one we rode on only served between 1960 and 1967 before being pensioned off. Keep an eye on the channel as I'll do a video about the museum as a whole shortly, including a ride on a preserved tram. RJ
