I usually drink a 1/2pint of Fireball pre ride and a 6 pack of Bud Zero post ride. Need those cals before not after. lol Road Zippity and it is fast and loose with a couple grueling steep climbs. Nice ride guys. To do the triangle of Durango, GJ/Fruita, and Moab was my finest mtb trip ever...every kind of terrain the region has to offer.
