I weigh 211lbs or 96kg in europe. I ride a 100mm fork I recently converted to 120mm by taking the tokens out, then a 90mm damper. It's a Giant Anthem 27.5, I know you used to endorse them. I have not been able to dial the suspension ever since I bought the bike, it's either too harsh or not soft enough. How do you suggest I set it up? I run 95-100psi in the fork and 240ish in the damper, rebounds 2 clicks to fully open in the damper and 7 - 9 clicks to fully open in my fork. I have two sets of wheels, 30 internal rim width running 2.3 minion DHF front and 2.3 minion ss rear, and the second set, I run ardent race 2.35 front and 2.25 ardent or 2.2 ardent race rear. I usually run my tires 45psi on pavement and 30-35ish in the trails, usually never below that. I have never been able to lift the bike up and hop to save my life, I'm blaming it on the suspension setup because, I do everything like demonstrated here and on other youtube videos but, never seem to nailit, what am I doing wrong?

were is the upside for thunder in building a trail like that? looks like a hell of a insurance liability.. i know my limitations, but there is plenty of gopro stupidity out there.. once again you and lance made a outstanding vid
@IamSeafarer5 жыл бұрын
The upside is it's an attraction and added value as it's a new trail at the park... the downside is purely the cost of building it... that's it. Every rider signs a waiver. Thunder MTN/Berkshire East isn't liable at all... Source: was there last month.

@@IamSeafarer you and I know a good attorney will make easy work of the wavers... Hey i think the trail looks real cool, just jealous i will never be that good..

Jason that’s a great point. The wood gap to the bridge is super dangerous and I’m surprised it’s there’s but as dangerous as that trail looks it feels fairly safe when you ride it. It’s a huge investment that I wonder if they’ll ever recoup it but having this trail does put them on the map as having the biggest trail built. I’d personally like to see something a little more tech and sessionable but that’s would probably be more dangerous
