What’s up with the electrictified standard gauge rail at the yard?

The track is dual gauge on one side of the Wye as a interchange between the EBT and the Rockhill Trolley Museum. It was at one time all EBT track but the trolley museum now possesses the right of way and have a different gauge than the EBT.
