Riding the new 2023 Vespa GTV 300 around Portland.

Lovely machine. Sometimes I think if I had known more about Vespas, I'd prolly got the GTV instead of the GTS. But, I'm still happy with it and spending $$ on her!!!

What’s the difference?

The GTV has a headlight on the fender and the GTS has a headlight up on the handlebars. The GTS has traction control, the GTV does not. Aside from that it’s just aesthetic differences and one color option in the GTV.

if you want to off the ASR mode, when u start ur GTV use the front brake and u press start hold for 6 seconds u will see the ASR OFF. ASR is a traction control for ur GTV..

How good is it on the highway? I've been told this is the fastest scooter they make.

I ride a Vespa GTS (same engine as the GTV) to work on the freeway most days. Works fine. If traffic is roasting 80+ mph it’s not going to be a comfortable but in that 65-75 range it’s all good.
