Great progress Toogy. Well done. Might want to get that bike checked. It sounds like my shopping cart going through the Costco parking lot

Thanks man! I've posted at least one video a week for over two years, I don't want to break the streak! lol

That looked gnarly. Can't wait for the rest of the Bromont videos

How did you like it?

awesome. Best week of 2020 so far, and probably for the rest of it too

Dude your riding is progressing so much! Great to see it mate and it's also nice to see you sessioning individual features rather than just hitting the whole trail in one go. People need to do that more to develop their skills! Great work man!
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Dude! yeah I love sessioning stuff, but bike parks sometimes don't lend themselves to too much of it!

I'd love to take a crack at that trail especially from the 2:45 mark and on. Looks very challenging but doable.
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
yeah I loved it! It was so challenging but I'm pumped I cleared all of it except that one section I kept washing out on!

Wooohoo! Its here! Bromont looks sick!!! I'm sure British Columbia will meet you soon!

Outstanding! As a fellow newb I’m digging your progression and unwillingness to not clean a butt kicking section. Good stuff man.

Same here. We started riding last year and to watch you come so far so fast... good stuff

Now that fully aware of the go pro effect, that was one steeeeeep rock!
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
yes it was! VERY steep
@ryanwest92674 жыл бұрын
Nice riding! It has been cool to see your progression. On those rock rolls, try letting off of the back brake one you hear it start to skid, then re-apply the brake. Also using a lot of front brake helps me go down rock with more control. Keep up the good work
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! yeah I certainly need to work on my using my brakes more effectively on those slabs! It was the first time ever riding them!

Your videos are smooth and look great. I'd like to record some of our rides for fun. What is your gopro/camera setup?
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! GoPro Hero 7 Black for the POV video and a Hero 8 black for some of the other footage!
@tylerclaypool80974 жыл бұрын
Toogy Howser MTB thanks! Are you using some sort of gimbal or stabilizer to make it smooth? Last question - is is chest or helmet mounted? (Total GoPro newb here!)
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
@@tylerclaypool8097 no gimbal, in this video the GoPro is mounted to the chinbar of my Fox Proframe full face helmet. The hypersmooth stabilization on the hero 7 & 8 black is pretty awesome!

If you have time you should stop in the capital region. We have camp fortune on the Quebec side and in Ottawa we have larose park.

Have you given much thought to what riding Bromont would have been like on the Reighn?
@ToogyHowser4 жыл бұрын
It wouldn’t have been good! Especially undersized like it was, I think if it was a size XL I would have felt a lot better on it
