I have tight woven gear also, no wind gets through. I dont know where your anxiety comes from, but you need to know that it is a big deal to ride a C50T, hell its 600 lbs. I ride one, a 2009, which shows the gear I am in on a LCD screen, plus a gas gauge, and its a chore for me. Most older bikes, just had a neutral light, and you always had to keep count in your head, as you have to. I'm 5'9" 185 lbs, old man at 63. Oh, there is a 'lowering kit' that drops the seat 2 inches. That could be a game changer for you. There are many kits for sale and videos on how to. Or get your mech to do it. Adjust the shock too, at the same time. I commend your riding and I like to ride along with you on video. Like I said, I have a c50 too. Good job on the turning and looking where you are going. In emergency braking and swerving, it is important to look where you want to go, instead of the trouble. You dont want to drive into the trouble. I am aghast at how pot-holed and patched your roads are, from the frosting. wow. You need a lot of repaving. Ride on and safely. I will too.

Thanks! Happy to know I have a fellow rider on a C50! It is a heavy bike, but I LOVE to ride it. Yeah, I think they added the gear and gas gage on the 2009 and up. I don't know where my anxiety comes from. But I rode a Rebel 300 and I had the same feeling. I just think it is because it is still new for me to ride a bike, but I getting more comfortable each time I ride. Yeah, lower kits exist but, my mechanic didn't find any. I wish I could do it my self, I would buy a "no-brand" kit. But I am not equipped to do that at home. Thank you for riding with me!

That rattle might be coming from those blind side mirrors. I had the same ones and they would rattle. I thought it was my bike. As you ride hold the mirrors and see if the rattle goes away.
