I agree but it just simply will not ever happen. Kraft won’t fork out for it and I don’t blame him. Let me give you an example of how things work in Boston: Near my old apartment there was a bridge with a subway station below. They decided to build a staircase from the side of the bridge to the station. One staircase, maybe 20 feet high took 2+ years and probably millions of dollars over budget to complete. For a flight of stairs. Now imagine it’s an entire stadium. They have to buy land-insane prices. Pay for construction costs-infathomable amounts of money in union contracts. There just is not enough money in the world to make it viable let alone profitable. Soccer stadium in Boston will never happen. Take it to the bank. Never.

It is a shame New York and Seattle didn't make the final as this would have been a better Spectacle. 70,000 fans in the stadium with passionate Seattle fans and New York a big market. LA and New England have good teams but there fan culture is not as passionate. New England often play in a half empty stadium.
