Happy Thanksgiving! 90% of my loads are that tight. It's how my company gets better service over the competition. You need to learn how to use the 8/2 and 7/3 sleeper berth split effectively. It will put you miles ahead of schedule. My company will actually schedule some appointments based on doing a split. What you should have done was stay off duty for 2 hours while being unloaded. If it takes 1 hour to unload, just stay off duty for the next hour. When your dispatcher sees you can use the split effectively, they can feed you more loads and miles. Meaning, more money!

My 2014 freightliner does that all the time. If I'm that concerned about it, I just pull off the side of the road shutoff/restart the truck and the fuel will read correctly. Hope this helps, keep on trucking.

Fuel will move from one tank to the other. Primary sensor (1) is usually on the left tank. You can actually run out of fuel with up to a half tank if you lean for a prolonged period. Just don’t let it get low if u can help it. Don’t care how great your mileage is. I speak from freightliner experience 😬

Dont trust your gauge 100% . Look inside your fuel tanks. Left side is what feeds your engine, right side is storage with a fuel gauge

Your fuel tanks are connected... so when you lean one way or the other, the fuel is going into the tank lowest to the ground. As you found out, when you flatten out and start driving, the tanks will level back out 😄

I've been doing tractor supply loads about 4 years. Just try to get there on your appointment time. If you can't call them and tell them. Like I tell my dispatcher I do what I can to get it there on time.

Little tip from someone whos driven with trailers for years non cdl yet, stop over steering when backing and getting lined up that ramp should have been as easy as driving up and getting into plave and straight backing. But stop jacking the wheels both ways when your correcting because then your spinning all the way the other way to correct then its just a reapeat problem

All stress removed!

You do realize at the 16:00 mark when you stayed in the inside lane then had to take the outside lane to make that right hand turn that you should’ve been in the outside turn lane from the very start? When you have 2 turn lanes you’re supposed to take the outside lane so you’re not having to block both turn lanes to make a turn.
@guyb19423 жыл бұрын
If he had been turning left, that would be correct. But on a right turn, he was correct, because he prevented anyone from cutting underneath on his right hand side
@GamersEgoTV3 жыл бұрын

@DanielGarcia-zz9eg3 жыл бұрын
The thing about slipt log is you gotta wake up on time, otherwise its not worth it. 2nd, see how much you drove for the day and subtract that from 11 hrs . Is it worth driving 1, 2, or 3 hrs then take a 2 or 3 hr break the continued the rest

The reason we cannot get strong drugs without prescription is because we do not want misuse of it. Most Flu's are easy to just wait out. they'll be gone in a couple of days. if you really need strong drugs, you should see a doctor. as probably there is more wrong, and it's better to be safe. Also most european countries have some sort of medical care that is paid by your insurance or some kind of fund. so doctors are basically free, they are paid for by insurance companies or taxes.

the load system in the US is messed up with the load brokers making the money , drivers are treated like shit, in New Zealand we get paid by the hour and work for one company that guaranties a minimum set amount of hours per week , as for the load it gets there when it gets there. We still have the regulations for work and rest times, we also have a big driver shortage here due to the cost of getting a truck license
