Brilliant, one of the most inspiring VST-track I’ve ever heard. Sounds really good 👍 Maybe you can give me an advice. Ample sound Hellrazer or Hydra. Hellrazer seems to be more easy to work with, with Hydra you must know what are you doing. What do you think 🙏

Hi thanks!!!! For me, Hydra, The hydra palm mute, and the strumming are better than Hellrazer in my opinion. If you are familiar with a key switch and midi automation I think the Hydra workflow is similar to Hellrazer. Hydra doesn't have grooves/pre-made midi patterns like Hellrazer, this not a problem for me but this is a useful feature, especially when we just want to do sound design. So overall I choose the Hydra. Cheers!!

It depends on your TACT settings. If you use default TACT you use low velocity for palm mute if you use keyswitch TACT the E-1 is keyswitch for palm mute

@@bitkaster Awesome. I'll have to check it out then! I just got Djinnbass, gonna try that out. So, do you know if there's a way to minimize the string and hand noise in Shreddage ? I just want to bring it down a little bit to clean up the sound.

At the bottom Shreddage UI, there are 3 tabs, Sheddage Engine/Console/TACT For strings noise, I'm not sure what you mean, but try to lower the pick attack and bite knob on the Shreddage Engine tab. Usually lowering pick attack or bite reduces the high-frequency resonant sound in a high gain which is caused by pick and strings frictions For release noise/hand noise, go to the TACT tab on page 3 (3 circles upper right), the three-box in that tab are all release noise features. Turn down the volume of the release noise that you do not need, or simply turn off all release noise on that tab The other alternative is you can use a gate Hope this helps, cheers !!
