Dual mode only plays game audio even when paused. What should i do?

My blue tooth adapter isn't connecting or discoverable, also the sound quality between using bluetooth on my pc and phone is very different. On my phone it works as intended but if i use it on my pc it sounds very muffled almost like its playing in the background. Anyone know how to fix this?

The 600 PRO does not feature simultaneous audio from two separate devices.

Unfortunately, PlayStation does not allow third party headsets to use game/chat balance on the headset itself on PS5. This has to be adjusted via the console's settings instead. PlayStation decided to restrict this feature and keep it exclusive to their own headsets - we hope that in the future this will be a feature all headsets on the PlayStation platform will be allowed to utilize

@@RIGGaming Thanks for your reply! Your support agent "Marie M" referred me to this headset implying that it does support game / chat mix on the headset itself when I reached out via email. I had a feeling it didn't. Do any of your headsets support this feature, even by extracting the audio from the HDMI like the Astro A50X? Thanks!

I am using with PS5 over usb dongle. Audio is ahead of the video (the opposite of audio delay). It is not much, but it is noticable. Is there a way to fox this?

I switched the sound from the PS5 to the TV, then paired the TV with the RIG 600 Pro HS over Bluetooth, and now it seems OK. It feels like the audio is faster than the video when going directly from the PS5 via the USB dongle.

i took my headset on a trip and was using it bluetooth only and left the dongle at home, but now it wont connect back to it now im back home, it wont even try

So my rig 800 headset works with my xbox no problem. I hear everything. When i connect it to my ps5 the only time i head audio is when i go to the 3d audio proflie. No audio any other time
