Eric Antonik he’s just having fun dude, wouldn’t take it so seriously. Honestly it’s prob something the tech did, lots of these session/touring/sideman guys have amps/pedals/guitars that have a lot of modification beneath the hood, sometimes to the extent that they’re aren’t even particularly sure themselves of the specifics.

One of the best run downs yet - John doing a great job as always! Also digging the grey look - makes the rest of us in our 50s not feel so bad -- he still has hair and no middle spread around the waist! Hoping the rumours are true that there might soon be a rig run down of Edge/U2 from their recent Bridgestone show. Enjoyed the show and really looking forward to that interview if proves true! Keep up the great work! One of the few videos I look forward to catching when new ones come out!

@stefanotappari59776 жыл бұрын
Diego García Gonzalez this guy has NO signature tone, he is a session player... means the production tells him which sound to use... and I am not sying like it’s a bad thing, to play whatever somebody else is telling you to play it’s kinda hard job
@aimDiego6 жыл бұрын
@@stefanotappari5977 for the money, there's very few things I wouldn't play.
@aaronbrooks39134 жыл бұрын
Most signature tones came from cranked Fender and Marshall amps with little to no effects. I would assume he’s calling them secrets as a joke because he probably doesn’t know the specifics of these mods. I have a Princeton that has been modded and I have no idea about one of the mods that was done but it sounds good so I never asked lol. I’m assuming it’s probably this way for Mike as well.
