I loved Riga. Was only there for 2 nights but I just loved the atmosphere. Everyone so welcoming and just wanting to have a good time. I hope to go back one day.

Riga airport got this year certification for direct flights to USA so maybe in soon future u can get from NYC to Riga by just one plane and save some h on trip

The night life in old town is kind of trashy, full of drunk tourists and students. Klusais center is a lot better. If you had been in old town it would have been full of half naked english stag party guys. In the beginning of your video you also briefly went into former club Ampere which used to be on embassy ban lists for scamming tourists into buying 50 EUR+ drinks and then then threatening them to pay using their security staff. I recommend that every tourist stays away from this place.
