Especially since in Muscle Mentor, Benson had literally said it to Mordecai's face that he doesn't care about Rigby's or Muscle Man's well being as all what Benson cares about is seeing Rigby fail the challenge, so he can fire Rigby like Benson wants Rigby to die or suffer.

Besides, Benson could've at least had the decency to save the once in a 100 years burgers for Mordecai and Rigby until they finished their work instead of eating those burgers in front of them like he loves to abuse them. Also, nearly everyone is clearly forgetting that Benson also has his unlikable moments in Regular Show at times, and not just Mordecai and Rigby. And just because Benson is a relatable character to most people, it doesn't mean that he's always going to be 100% innocent and sympathetic at the same time. In fact, you can make a character relatable, but it doesn't mean that you also have to make the character a heartless jerk.

when i work for a walmart i had to work with way too many people who were like rigby or even worst. things got so bad i decide to get myself a manager job just so i could fire people because ya managers at jobs like that hardly fire them because they need bodies and or just dont want to deal with things
