I want to help. Please, I want to share what I took to treat acid reflux and voice cracks. It took me 3 years but for the first few months mag-aadjust muna talaga sa genre and vocal placements. Eat Pei Pa Koa lozenges NOT Valda Pastilles that has lots of sugars and additives. I took L-glutamine powder 10g a day to heal the gut. Digestive enzymes with probiotics and echinacea to kill the H. Pylori Bacteria and stop producing excessive hydrochloric acid. Vitamin C (high dose for immune system and lung problems), Serrapeptase enzymes for scarrings and nodules, Melatonin for better sleep. Medium volume of voice when speaking and singing, modulate it and mix it with headtone. Never go full volume (palaksan na lang ang sensitivity of mic or use another type of mic so di na need mag-effort). Breathing exercises and take lots of buffers (eg baking soda or sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, potassium) avoid acid forming foods and avoid being anxious and nervous. Paano ba to mapaparating sa kanya? Hindi sapat ang Yakult. Nakita ko sa IG nya kumakain pa rin sya ng mga bawal at maraming cheese, may milk components at mucous forming foods.
