"It's a fretted guitar on the bottom, so you can play normal guitar stuff..." *proceeds to play some crazy slide trills that nobody else would ever refer to as normal*

Ben franklins wig and Jackie Chan are my favorite songs by him. They are truly amazing. He’s a one of a kind bassist that’s for sure.

One of the sickest guitar players too. Like a modern day Shawn Lane

One of my favorite bands. I've seen them probably 100 times already, but I'm still in awe every single show. Gabe's new guitar is incredible. The new album is GREAT!

But what about the cost of removing the roof of each venue he plays when they airlift his pedal board in?

I saw him in our towns smallest bar. The whole place was like a hallway. They rocked it

Glad people are still trying new things in the progressive genre.

Adrn Amrfs yeah but tbh i personally find this really weird I’m not into it personally even tho I like progressive metal and stuff. I like seeing people do something new with a regular guitar tbh it’s a little more impressive
@isaacthecorncob4 жыл бұрын
@@connorevs1315 I mean, yeah, but those other things allow you to do a lot more expressive and interesting stuff. You can't exactly make a theremin sound without having a built in one or crazy pedals. Plus, he's still a really innovative player. Plus plus, he can play wOnDeRwaLL

Gabriel. Love your sound and style both you and the rest of the group. Thank you for taking the time to show us your working world and the systems you use to make music. I myself play in a very creative style relying almost exclusively on the many synthesized sounds available to me. I use Logic Pro X as my base for sounds. After watching you I may consider using some peddles to enhance what I do. I can work with 3 midi channels at once witch allows me some interesting variety when using sounds in various combinations. My instrument is a Roland FR8x midi accordion. I am Not an accordion player. I don’t play that kind of music; I don’t have an accordion style at all. Mine is more contemporary rock jazz. Thanks again. You all are very inspiring. Gratefully, Gwinn Earl Nelson

Wow. As a guitar > cable > amp > single delay in the footswitchable fx loop for solos guy, this is insane to watch. I can't even begin to imagine the intestinal fortitude and patience it must take just to set this rig up every night.

What, just because he has a double neck fretless and doesn't play only pentatonic scales? This guy doesn't sound even a lick like Ron.
