I never knew the right hand was supposed to feel comfortable. For so long I was anchoring with my pinky, but now it can finally rest 😂 Thank you for the tips!

This is actually really amazing , for reference couple of things I was doing wrong: 1] planting the pinky 2] hooking the strings 3] thumb behind the AMI and I wasn't even aware I was doing all these until I made an effort after watching this video , Thank You Beatrix, this was really helpful , especially when I am trying to learn classical guitar without a mentor!! cheers 😃😃

Glad you found some things to work on! Catching our mistakes is the first step. Without a teacher you have much more responibility to have an objective self reflection, but you just did very well! Keep it up!:)

I bought a beginner classical guitar last week (ortega r121lwr) and i'm practicing 20 minutes a day, trying to do all the things right and following your tips, but i must say i have a hard time to get it right consistently. Keep practicing i guess. If i get the picking under control one day with the right technique i will be so happy. Thank you for this nice video.

Your body learns a good movement in weeks or months, so it's normal to not having big results in a couple of days. Focus on the small victories, celebrate the small steps, if you are doing as you say you're doing well!
