"Specialization in Business Information Technology" is PGWP-eligible; please check DLI List to confirm that you are taking the right program. Quebec has its own Express Entry which is different from federal Express Entry. You should learn more about Quebec's immigration system. Quebec plans to admit 50,000 new PR's in 2024.
