I want to see the Bears' head decision-makers go after a head coach with some head coaching experience. I don't want to see another offensive or defensive coordinator get the job. We saw what happened with the last two. They have the entire off-season to find a head coach. I, along with many others, am really tired of watching the Bears fail year after year.
