SMH...Badgent is our back up! Flacco is washed up and no he can't help Caleb!
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Robert, I agree. Bagent has potential and should be given a chance to develop. Flacco's experience might not be what the Bears need right now.

The Bears will never be a contender until the McCaskeys are gone.

"Many fans share your sentiment about the McCaskeys. It’s been tough watching the team struggle. Let’s hope for some positive changes that can turn things around. GO BEARS!

Try to get Ben Johnson as head coach and try to make Brian Flores defensive coordinator, keep Thomas Brown as our offensive coordinator and find a new offensive line coach. In the draft first round get an edge, second round guard and tackle
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Ryan, that sounds like a solid plan. Bringing in Ben Johnson and Brian Flores could create a strong coaching team. Focusing on the draft to strengthen the offensive line is also crucial.

Wtf would you want to get rid of Tyson Bagent he is a solid player and smart Flacco is a wash-up this just the mentality we do way to much just to save a buck
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Dennis, Tyson Bagent has shown promise and it would be wise to develop his potential. Flacco's best days are behind him, and investing in young talent could be more beneficial for the Bears.

Jon Gruden Ditka II
@BearsNewsFans9 күн бұрын
Jon Gruden coming in would definitely be a shake-up! Comparing him to Ditka is high praise. Do you think he has what it takes to bring the Bears back to glory?

Hellva NO!!! You just going to give away your qb2 that has a Huge Upside for what?? Unless, you getting their 1# pick and hard press still. 2. The tackles= show more!!? A few games of looking ok! See over a full season and staying healthy. 3. Not giving Thomas Brown, a chance! What was seen the offense moved the ball, get the’ te’ way more involved he’s hof material. Plus ‘championships are won on the ground’. The current coach was a running back in college. 4. Minnesota, REALLY!!! Who wants somebody’s else’s hand me downs!!! Caleb, has shown more than enough just need good coaching and the chemistry with Brown has shown that!! The drafting of offensive linemen in nx yrs draft would definitely help. Bird in the hand beats two in the bush!!! But, these’re da bears 🐻
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Gregory, you make some solid points. Trading away potential talent without a strong return is risky. Let's hope the Bears focus on building a strong foundation and give promising players like Thomas Brown a real chance.

One more thing! What to do about My WhiteSox!!??? Another season of losing in fast approaching!! Continue giving away players(see Bears 🐻). The look is people continue to stay in management. No SWAG, no commitment, just words and wasted years and energy, timing. Where is the swashbuckler(s)when you need them. Not the same horse beep each and every time. Where’s is A ‘Captain Jack Sparrow’ when you need him/them to shake things up and bring back some bona fide excitement to the SouthSide!!!

Lastly, ‘te’ Kmet, is really a go to guy!! AKA ‘te’Jason Witten of the Dallas Cowboys and Heath Miller, of the Pittsburgh Steelers!!! He’s a threat inside the opponent’s 20. Big, Mobile, kinda of mangy and has sure hands!!

Interesting idea FOR THE BEARS, but why in the world would the Vikings ever even dream of trading a guy who is doing a great job coaching their own team? And then trade him to a division rival on top of that? Yeah. Good luck with that. Maybe they will throw Justin Jefferson in on the deal while they're at it.
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Randolph, you make a good point. It's highly unlikely the Vikings would trade a successful coach to a division rival. The Bears need to focus on realistic options.

Seems like wishful thinking and just a lot of speculation along with nothing that is confirmed. No, on Flacco, he will be 40 in January. I like Brian Flores for head coach.
@BearsNewsFans15 күн бұрын
Arghoknot, you're right about the speculation. Brian Flores could be a strong candidate for head coach with his defensive expertise and leadership skills.

The Bears will hire the next Cheapest coach around whether it's from the NFL or a Pee Wee league team, who ever comes the cheapest. Cheapest is the Bears MOTO and has been for years. The Chicago Bears will not win another SB until the McCaskey's sell the Team to an Owner that wants to spend Money for the right talent and Coaching staff. Kaleb Williams will regret coming to the bears eventually when he is washed up and has won nothing. If Williams was playing for a top caliber team he would be a superstar in no time but with the Bears, they will Ruin him in no time.

I hear you, Phil. The Bears' frugality has been a point of frustration for many fans. Let's hope they make a bold move soon and invest in top talent and coaching.
