how did you get a cartoony look in substance painter ? I like that it looks flat, when im using substance painter the reflections of lighting doesn't make it look "cartoony".

Really simple actually. In substance painter, at the top right corner in the viewport, you should see a dropdown with "Material" written on it. Click on it and change it to "Base color." This should do the trick :)

@@IsacPandian thanks brother, appreciate it 🤝. Base color makes it a lot easier to tweak the color and studying real paint techniques also takes this up to 200% .

@IsacPandian7 ай бұрын
Thanks a lot! I am working on another video, so stay tuned :D As to answer your question, You can use “quixel mixer” or “Armor Paint”. But if you want to stay in blender, you can easily do so. Additional use can use “PSD-Layers” addon, it’s free and it will give you, just like the name, layers almost exactly like how it is in photoshop (I haven’t tried it though, but it should be a good option). Instead of photoshop use can use “Krita” it’s an open source software- that even blender studio uses. Hopefully, I helped a little with this!
