The most held H1B visas are in California Silicon Valley compared to the rest of US. However their work environment isn’t poor conditions nor do they get paid poorly. They get paid above average and much higher wage compared to the average American wage. However the issue is they aren’t paid the equivalent wage to their peers who are born US citizens in the same field; which is unfair. Companies who hire mass H1B visas should have employment limitations utilizing and capitalizing on H1B visas. There has to be regulated limitations though. Because we have many states that are overpopulated and many states that aren’t populated enough so BIG corporations needs to build their infrastructure in other states that needs growth to offset these limitation restrictions to grow rural and poverty states in America which will extend or lift H1B visas restrictions etc This could be a positive outcome to bring growth to other areas and states in the US. Before that the government also needs to continue with keeping the Indigenous Native Peoples their share of land, property, rights, beliefs, cultural traditions, heritage and wealth. Government can’t just keep stealing from others within this country land. Everyone had a say about isreal and Gaza, but yet no one seeing what Europeans did to Indigenous peoples of Americas and what they continue to do till this day. Don’t turn a blind eye to one major factor just to prove someone’s else facts for benefit.
