Jazaakallaahu khairaa, mental health issues esp in the part of the world where I come from, are seen as taboo for one to talk about them, that's why we keep on having suicidal cases, because people are depressed, and no one's willing to listen to them, and come to their aid

Read self help books. Its amazing how we can relate to these books. Islam is not only quran and sunnah. We can trust those expert in the mental realm. DO NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE WHO SAYS SELF HELP BOOK DONT HELP. Those books helped me immensely, alhamdulillah, its beens months since my mental situation changed, im now living a life i always wanted to, credit to those books. -Mind over mood. Great book. Of course we have to keep our connection with Allah swt thru salah and quran to keep the spiritual side healthy. Keep your body mind and soul healthy. I always prayed 5times a day and I thought if i have iman i should be okay but its not the case. Mental health is real and its curable. Dont take those pills. Its only temporary with side effects. Salam alaykum. May allah keep us physically mentally spiritually healthy amin.
