Hi there, I have adhd too. Here's what works for me. I try to not use the cell phone for anything other than Bhajan, harikatha, prabhupada books and other such spiritual activities. I also limit the usage for any other materialistic activities like studying, working etc to minimum, if absolutely have to use only then I use. This helps me from feeling guilty for using phone and then these positive thoughts and attitude help me feel confident. Also try to analyse why this escapism is happening. Adhd will usually involve escapism if something is going wrong in your life and you want to avoid it. It might be something you need to do but are avoiding or something else that is bothering you. And most importantly ask Krishna for help. He will help you. Haribol!
