Do you think one of these units would be enough to cool a kei truck without insulation. They have a very small cab area so maybe could get away without insulation?

What are the dimensions, temperature? If you installed the unit like a traditional window AC maybe depending on dimensions. Once you plumb tubing the output really decreases exponentially depending on the length and bends in your ducting. I actually added a zero breeze in parallel in that same window to keep up with 30 cubic foot poorly insulated area.
