There's a few things going on there. You would have to be more specific. Exactly at 0:52, there is a kick drum, a little vocal chop sample with a bunch of reverb on it, and a synth bass (likely just a saw wave with a shaper or some kind of saturation on it). Unless you are talking about the little riser that ends at 0:52.
