At the 0:11 mark I can hear faint singing in the background.

it's the FX of the stems... i listened to every single stems off of this and none of her vocals bleed into the stems

It's not her vocal, nor fx. It's sample as a part of arrangment which is in repetition. After that tgere is her vocal as bacground vox although it can't be called instrumental but "instrumental with backing vocals"
