Yes as long as you do not have "active" acne it will work to help fade away the scar. It only fades the flat surface scars not pitted scars. Thanks for watching have a wonderful day:))

Hi Lei! I sorry to bother you, but I am a little confuse,, which one do you think is better the riiviva or the macro? My husband is going to buy it for me since he wants me to save money (here in Maryland the microdermabrasion in the spas are 200 and up) I want to get the best one. Salger8 It is a really slow process, and it might take months for it to really work, but I really like the feeling of my face after i use it... but in general, i believe it is best product for acne scaring you could ever find.

thank you for the fast answer, i still confuse wich one i should buy, my skin is sensitif skin. When i touch the tip of Riiviva, it seems to rough for my skin, but when i try PMD, its not really vacuum my skin, i try blue and green tip . Thanks :)

When you say you couldn't buy replacement "tips", do you mean replacement discs? The green blue & red discs? They don't sell those separately?

Hi can u compare the suction of the macro e compared to the reviiva I already have the pmd and would want something comparable to a microdermabrasion you get at clinics w/c would you think is more of comparable to a microdermabrasion you get at a docs clinic? Would really appreciate your response since they aren't cheap thank you

Hey, I also returned the Macro Exfoliator because the Customer Service of Rodan and Fields was the worst I have ever encountered. Nothing but frustration. Could not get a straight answer from them. Just did not want to do business this way. I will look into the Reviva. Thanks for this review. Take Care, Eileen
