Joe Biden/Kamala Harris's re-write of Title IX, a law designed to protect sex-based discrimination, now includes gender identity. If you feel like a woman, the law requires you to be treated like one up to and including using female locker rooms and bathrooms.
And this kind of thing is the result. Riley Gaines, an all-American competitive swimmer and her fellow female competitors were cheated out of placings and wins because Lia Thomas, a male who identified as a female, was treated as a female swimmer. They were also subjected to a violation of their privacy where they were forced to change in the women's locker room with a dude, some of them having been sexually assaulted or raped in the past, and the NCAA told them to accept it with a smile on their faces--they had no recourse.
When Riley Gaines spoke up she was threatened not only for her swimming career, but for her very life.

When someone says they are for women's rights as well as LGBTQ rights, ask them how they can be for men taking women's wins, their scholarships, their placings, their privacy and their dignity and then say they are for women's rights?
You can't do BOTH. Trans is anti women.
