I fail to understand why some dealers mechanics cannot do this regen of the DPF. I have watched loads of your tutorials and even an unskilled like myself have understood what needs to be done. Crack on Jimmy, love the Vlogs.

Regeneration won't work if dpf is blocked and won't work if dpf sensors are faulty sometimes cleaning doesn't unblock the dpf

dealers have very expensive time and they value their time a lot. Dealers want to sell you new cars not repair the old ones.

We have the 3.0 8speed zf version and there great! That round dash symbol is either low pads or cheap shitty Eurocarparts brake pad wear sensor!! Utter garbage buy genuine iveco sensors they may be £40 a pair but are proper👍 Good video buddy😉

is it oky for charge volts to go above 14.5V - 15.10V? probably reason why electrical faults keep happening & BCM errors ! Guessing

Hi Jimmy nice work as normal, i think everyone hates these because of the diagnostic issues, you did very we to get as much as you did out of it, euro tab 3 seems a trusty companion, oils as thin as water good call on changing it especially as it only holds a cupfull.😂😂😂

In my country you could... IF the engine burns clean enough to pass the "sniff test" where they stick a probe in the tailpipe and see if the emissions are within allowable perimeters. This Van would be a Euro 6 temp D I think so yeah impossible to delete the DPF on that. Older Euro4 and some Euro5 can meet specs without a DPF or EGR.

most delaers in Malta OFFICIALLY remove DPF and they are remmaping with ORIGINAL software from the manufacturer with DPF and EGR removed. But only in Malta

Rubbish vans. To change the glow plugs you have to remove the inlet manifold.

Doesn't look like inlet manifold has to come off but definitely the throttle body and maybe EGR

Remove the intercooler pipe, TVA valve & the egr pipe at the back of the inlet manifold.
