We been putting new ones on . Its challenging to say the least , with that 11mm soft as cheese seized nut it's an arse for sure . Used a difficult access socket with heat but if it rounds off ...it dont bear thinking about . Got a blocked pipe in the vice red hot and burnt out the blockage in about 1 minute .all I could think of to do it in situe was maybe wrap an inductor around it and heat it like that . I'll try your wire trick next time , thanks

@@clarkie005 Cut the pipe as low as you can get, clean out what remains thoroughly, then join on some 6mm line with a compression fitting, run that up to the sensor. Next time it blocks, open the fitting, remove the pipe & easily clean it. Thank me later. :-)

@@jamesward5721 sounds a plan. Access in any form is difficult. I suspect that the blockage is that last 2inch bit with the 180deg bend. Even thinking of getting a 6mm compression on with the access issue sounds a nightmare

5:26 is a substituted value, if you got the signal voltage up in live data as well you would see it not move.

it takes under 5 minuts with af grease gun filt with injektor clean and connected to the pipe with a stell armed hose

looks like the renault ODB diagnostic Software capability is very weak on all diagnostic devices and not only on Xtools. Is it more likely vehicle programing issue(what has been programed by Renault) rather diagnostic tool manufacturer right?

Ive tried to clean the pressure pipe but im sure some of the cable i was using has snapped off down the pipe, where does it go to and will it harm to start car now? Is it possible to remove these pipes and see where the cable could have gone? Cheers

Hi jimmy would a blocked dpf give you o2 sensor fault ? Mechanics want to take out dpf soak it for 24hr and wash it out. Two day job I’ve been to a few and they charge me for diagnostic and want to clean dpf same method as above Sorry if this is a noob question. This is my first diesel car

Exhasut pressure sensor. Comes up as exhaust pressure upstream of turbine in the obd2 fault codes

Hay Jimmy top vids is this the e12 2nd gen note. Sensor on e12 1.5 diesel is there but not ali pipe to clean has the mount & hole for 1 but nothing. If can locate damn thing be greatfull to any1.

Got this error code at this minute and its definitely blocked as you cant feel any exhasut exiting the pipe when you put your hand over it with the sensor removed. struggling badly trying to clear blockage with the bike cable hack. Have tried both a bike gear shift cable and larger diameter bike brake cable.... Both with little success. Next plan is start loading the pipe with some form of carbon cleaner or solvent to break down the carbon deposits.

got the same car and i just have 21mm blanc nothing else on 2014 e12. i think we have the euro 5b engine and in the vid he has euro 6 which is from 2016.

@@clarkie005 I use a cable. ... bike cable ..or from an old car seat ... with a drill while using carbon removal spray .... works every time .... air line cleans out pipe ... job done 😃

@@derekmcfadyen127 trying to pipe clean it so far dry so will get some form of carbon cleaner and try it again. Any you recommend? Also afraid of whacking air down there from the compressor incase the pipe splits with the pressure if the blockage still remains.

@@carlpeel155 the pipe can be taken off yes ,..... but has a habit of being seized in the manifold .... then your in a world of crazy if it breaks ....... cleaning the pipe is def the way to go with a drill and wire!....... its pretty easy tbh 20 mins or so
