You probably know this already, but if anyone doesn't, she was created first by author & naturalist William Henry Hudson in his book Green Mansions. Later immortalized by the legendary actress Audrey Hepburn in the 1950s movie of the same name. But I was a fan of the superheroine Rima when the Super Friends cartoon revived her. I didn't know about the Comic book series until recently. This is so cool. Viva Rima!!!

@@MichaelFitzTroyTV you're welcome. In the book & movie she wasn't like in the Comic or the cartoon, but I still think she had powers. I don't see any one else making their cloths out of extracted spider silk or warning the animals of danger. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJy3kqVti69nrsk

Nestor Redundo and Alex Nino were/are Filipino artists. DC comics, under the editorial of Carmine Infantino, hired a number of artists from the Philippines in the early 1970s. On the one hand, it was kind of rotten of Infantino because he hired them basically as "scabs" because of union talk among the American artists. However, on the plus side, there were many talented artists in the group from the Philippines. As far as what titles to get by Nino, he did a number of "House of Mystery" and "House of Secrets" comics.

Love Alex Nino's stuff. He did a backup feature in Kubert's Tarzan issues that's just stunning. He did many that were great.

Someone else that's a fan of Redondo... I swear, we like all the same stuff! You should check out that treasury sized book of 'The Bible'... Joe Kubert layouts with Redondo doing finished art. Probably my favorite Redondo work. Rima is beautiful as well. A hidden treasure to most fans.
