Finally got mine all setup... factory settings were definitely way too high for my liking! Played with it a few minutes and sprayed some parts that I'm familiar with and have been spraying with my old GEMA... good so far, seems like a nice unit

My fluoridation gauge doesn’t move at all when adjusting the knob with trigger pulled like your supposed too is it broke ?

Do you have the fluidization on...its the power button, not the on button. If thats not on and the vibrator is not working then the air wont work. feel free to email me too at [e-mail]

It does not sorry, once we start stocking parts would be the best time to order one. If you want the purge valve too we can discuss that. We really dont use ours, we just break it down and clean it. Which if you go back to our Cleaning video on our gema gun its the same process. Takes a few mins is all.

Dan , did i hear you correctly that the fluidizer doesn't work until you pull the trigger on this gun or ?

Yes, when you pull the trigger it starts air flow to the tube to fluidize the powder as well as the motor for the vibratory base.

@@RightNowPowderCoating Does your GEMA do that too ? my current gun starts fluidizing when you turn the machine on. I like it that way so the powder is always fluidized.

Newbie question , i got alot of powderbuilt up on the electrode can that make a performance issue?.. what is the solution is it to have higher psi on the aux? ..

Depends on your gun. The better guns have an air setting to keep the nozzle clean. If yours does you news to turn it up a bit

Maybe an easy question.. When you use the word "GUN" are you always talking about the entire system (control unit, fluidizer, regulators, hand held thing with the trigger and electrode that applys the powder, etc) or just the part you hold in your hand? AND,, Is there a guide, (book, video, training seminar, etc) to setting up and adjusting all the controls like pressures, powder flow KVA, etc?? I bought a China unit and it came with NO instructions for anythung. I have it all plumbed correctly (I think) I bought a small fluidizer cup and pump because it came with a huge 50 L hopper that I do not have a need for at this time. it works but 3 of the 4 gauges on the controller do not register any pressure and I am kinda clueless as to what I can or should adjust and how everything works.. A little knowledge might be a good thing for me to have.. Thanks for all your videos brother,,, they are helpful

In general gun is the system. As far as set up I wouldent be able to help too much on your gun as I am not familiar with it. Best way is to just adjust settings spray, adjust spray....till you see what it all does and how they work together.

My "gun" works and I've been doing what you suggest but I think I am doing somethuing differently than I am supposed. theree are 4 gauges and regulators with no information what they are.. I am baffeled how even a cheap-O china model sold all over the place under many different names (NONE ON THE UNIT) would have no doccumemtation at all.. Since I stepped up from the home-owners level crap, I was hoping to learn some things.. Anywways,, Thanks Again brother,, I'll keep watching and picking up tips
