Just some minor thoughts. It sounds like the oboe has some sticky pads. He is also lifting his fingers quite far from the instrument. Overall, an excellent performance. The intonation is spot on. Thank you for a wonderful rendition!

it bothers me when oboists hold their oboes almost straight out from their bodies. maybe that's just me… but the playing is phenomenal!

it bothers me when people associate oboe playing with clarinets. this is exactly how an oboist should look like while playing solo.

I play the oboe at my university, and I've never held my oboe like that. Everyone has different ideas of what is acceptable, and I appreciate your comment.
