Regarding the Spiritual body ... In Slime being generally are composed of 4 layers 1 the Soul Core 2 Astral Body 3 Spiritual body 4 Material body wont go into to much details here but Soul Core + Astral Body, are like the base of a being they also generate energy and magical power the Spiritual body serves as a container protecting the above, serving as a storage for the energy produced ... as well as connecting the Astral Body with the Material body. The Material body is your physical body, it allows you to interact with the physical world and keeps the Spiritual body from leaking out Energy and dissipating. if the Spiritual body is destroyed the connection between your basically soul and your physical body is severed ... Normally you need to kill the physical body to achieve this but Dead End Rainbow bypasses this restraint going directly after the Spiritual body... causing it enough damage to destroy it in 7 hits ...

And yeah we unfortunately were rewatching that scene. I LOVE Slime, and I even like the scenes where he's helping and interacting with the kids, but I absolutely haaaaate the way they set it up to drag it out before, and then show it to use again. I really wish they just had the scene shown once and then we got right into the follow-up.

He is at least 16 episodes ahead already on patreon( I hate when people do that, 1 episode I can accept, 2 maybe but that is about it for this reason) so trying to advise him on anything he is missing/ not understanding is pretty much pointless. On the other had he avoids spoilers from here.

This is actually season 2 The prior episodes were stuff not included in season 1 or the OVA. Slime was only suppose to have 1 season.
