Bigger maps do indeed need more processing (because there are more trees, more tiles in general, etc.) but it's not just in the late game. Unless you're leaving corpses and degradable items all over the place (i.e., things that need to be updated all the time), the amount of processing shouldn't increase significantly with time. It's just higher to begin with, because there are more tiles.

It's a very long series to be completed since Archonexus is the longest to be complete, like I spent 1 month just for Archonexus
