Upvote for bisexual! (also Lilac almost has the perfect hair for that) Seriously though, I like the focus on roleplaying/backstory.

I love your voice. I love that you're playing Rimworld (a really abstract game, even in gaming). And I love your playstyle.. So sorry that I found you so late.
@skavies23513 жыл бұрын
I know it's very late, but I've been playing with setting all the 1 priority to 2 and shoving the other numbers up one. This is mostly for blight since you can quickly change them all to 1's and other than eating or sleeping, they drop everything and plant cut. It's also very useful for any large get it done now task with the least amount of micro managing needed because it will interrupt bed rest. The game will run from low to high on priorities and from left to right on the job list, so bed rest and the fire fighting still gets done first with everything on 2 not 1. Loosing 1 point of change in the job priorities almost never affects a colonist, but it can happen with rare pawns still semi early game if you want them doing too many jobs from right to left on the tree. Mid to late game when every one specializes, this is not a problem at all, it's only during early game that the lowered number of priorities matters. This just makes it easier on the player to get pawns to do stuff with out having to manually assign 20 tasks per pawn.

Planting potatoes on rich soil is quite redundant, since they are barely affected by it. They are supposed to be easy crops for worst soil, so on rich soil rice is better.

Something I noticed at the end of the episode. You put corn in the high fertility zone because "corn has a long grow period" however, this isn't exactly efficient. I recommend you look at "fertility sensitivity" instead. The sensitivity of corn is only 60%. High fertile soil has a fertility rating of 140% (so plants theoretically grow 40% faster). However, because of the 60% sensitivity, you only keep a 24% bonus, making your growth rate only 124%. I'm just trying to point out that you might want to plant the more sensitive plants in richer soil.

I have played Rimworld for quite a while, never knew this.. Damn, nice info.
@Ners794 жыл бұрын
This is because of a mod, corn is normally 100% fertility which she is probably assuming
@LucyTheBox4 жыл бұрын
@@Ners79 in vanilla, corn's sensitivity is 60%, so I don't get what you're trying to say
@ng.tr.s.p.12544 жыл бұрын
BobTheBox Did they change it to 60% recently? I'm pretty sure it used to be 100% in vanilla

About the wood at the start, one way you could get wood would be by starting with wooden items and then deconstruct them. Also i like the senario, unique.

You had the pronunciation of "pila" right the second time ("PEE-la"); they're Roman throwing spears. Legions had lightly armored, fast troops that, at the start of a battle, would run forward, throw a few pila, and then run back. Then the heavy troops moved in.

I love the roleplay and attention to detail. +1 for bisexual, but aren't dryads known for luring men with their beauty then "draining" them of their "life essence" and using their corpse as fertilizer for their trees? You do deserve more subs. I stumbled on your base planning video, which really is the best I've seen so far. But why is your channel marked "for kids"?

They're driads, they don't exactly think about them. Thinking of them as you described means that they would be predisposed to them, have already judged them/ have an (bad) opinion about them. While personally I don't think that's the case. I think they just have no thoughts on the topic of the target of their relationships. Aka that they're neutral about it. Saying it like you did makes them sound ever so slightly feminists
