Harriet Tubman, Rosa parks, Martin Luther King Jr. and my great, great, great grandfather Malcolm X are the reasons why I’m the man I am today. A black African American man that has freedom, and strength. I love how strong my people were. My people love who are, never stop being you for nobody.

Who is the son or daughter that descended down to you like was it, Qubilah Shabazz, Gamilah Lumumba Shabazz, Malikah Shabazz, Ilyasah Shabazz, Attallah Shabazz, Or Malaak Shabazz. Which one of those people did you descend down from?

This movie has adjusted some facts. She met a black man in Philadelphia who informed her of an early version of the underground railroad. Maybe she got some help on the way, but she got lucky on her way north. Her story is amazing in that she fought for others despite being a black woman who had only herself and God to guide her.
