Sir how to design a shift registers which performs shifting operation by giving 1101 as the inputs

Give interactive digital constant to first second and fourth flip flop and set preset value as 0 and clear as 1 which will initially set the flip flop. For the third one, give separate preset and clear and set it to 1 and 0 respectively. This will set the value as 1101. Simulate once and pause it.. then make all preset 1 and clear as 1 and start giving the inputs..if it's a shift register. If u dont want to use clock pulse, u can also use interactive digital constant as clock pulse
