I’m glad that this story is back in the public eye and I hope the victims get the justice that they deserve because this story is really reprehensible and to me it’s pretty open and shut because Vince and Linda knew. Linda was even quoted as saying when they rehired this predator to ‘stop chasing after kids.’ I also know that you guys want to attack Dave and other legitimate reporters for being anti-WWE or worse pro-AEW including now David Bixenspan, who did a fantastic job covering this story for Rolling Stone, but this has nothing to do with a stupid meaningless wrestling war, this is real life. I hope they get justice and I hope Vince and Linda’s lives are as uncomfortable as possible for what’s left of them.

The jury would hear how McMahon sued Mushnick for defamation, but never disputed Mushnick's reporting that Vince admitted he knew about Phillips and still rehired him. The jury would hear Mushnick recounting the story. The jury would hear from others who witnessed Phillips' behavior. If necessary, the jury would hear testimony from the boys, which is evidence.
