Could you do a boundary surface instead of a lofted surface at 3:45?

Yes boundary Surface also should work. There are always multiple ways to achieve

how u convert line in construction line so fast? any hotkeys?

The program that I am using for screen recording strangely not saving some actions, when you click on line there opens a little menu there you will find converting to construction line option.

How you make symmetric? I don't have this option

Hey it's easy.. you have to select line first and then two points pressing Ctrl button and then you get symmetric option.
