Ring Fit Adventure [61] 100% Switch Longplay pt.1

Ring Fit Adventure is a 2019 exercising, action rpg. It uses a flexible ring called a ring con and a leg strap with a joy con slid into each. In order to progress through the game, the user must actually run to move in game and perform various exercises to take down enemies.
This portion of the longplay shows my first seven days which is me clearing the first three worlds and part of world 4. I am going for 100% completion status. For this portion of the video my day 1 weight:184.0 lbs. and day 7 weight: 180.2 lbs.

This is a really good gameplay some videos I found didn't really do well with some of the exercises. But you seem to be doing very well! Good job being fit. I plan to get this game once I get an OLED so I can start getting into more shape.
