Ring floodlight Camera Won’t Reset, Need To Be Replace In Less Than 6 Month 😡

We bought these lights to help protect a family property but we they just stop working and would never reset which lead me to call Ring and they did replace them.

My flood light is completely dead after 1 year i been paying $20 dollars a month for over a year for a “protection plan” and i cant get a replacement because my camera is out of warranty????? So what protection plan have i been paying all this time!?????

Mine worked until the electric went off an now the lights don’t work or the camera
