For Death Egg, I’ve found success getting it only using one of the ramps rather than both. For Palmtree Panic, it might be expecting a character with a higher Max Speed: the impact of Boost Stacking is greater for characters with higher Max Speed (and lower Weight, so Sonic and other Class C characters get the most impact from it).
