This is the problem in our industries. Absolutely no safety standards. That guy is handling red hot metal and he's not wearing any protective gear. The least they can wear is a fire retardant gloves and trousers to protect themselves. Off course the owners do not bother because we as a nation do not believe in prevention. We only try to act when something bad happens.

I think we get it now, no health and safety so please stop saying it. If you are really so concerned perhaps you shouldn't buy goods manufactured in countries with these standards (Singapore, Bangladesh, China etc)and only buy American, British, German made etc- the countries with good workers' rights and so on. It's funny... These guys are over here making these small ass rings at 12/min with 4 operators and 3 pieces of equipment... Yet where I work we make larger rings at 48-65/min depending on the the dimensions with 3 operators and 1 piece of equipment. This does not include raw material handling and forklift operators.
