Pretty cool looking. I haven’t really been getting the value out of my Apple Watch lately so in the back of my mind I’ve been thinking when it dies it might be a good time to try an alternative and free me up to go back to regular watches

@@conorhoward10 not a bad idea when and if they bring workouts to the ring it’ll be near on the same thing if just using for fitness side of things and not to read messages etc.

Does this track continuous hr monitor during a selected workout? I heard it only tracks bpm every 10 seconds. I really want continuous during a selected workout/ walking. Please let me know! Thanks!

I don’t have anything to compare it too but sometimes it would say good sleep but I felt like crap so it’s hard to give an answer on sleep it’s similar to the Apple Watch imo

Did you say a pulse of 196? Slow down cowboy! That's too high. Don't allow (by exercising less vigorously) your pulse over 130 or so. Build up to a more aggressive workout. This from a retired RN. Life is short, don't make it shorter.

I have quite a high bpm, granted as I said these are likely not 100% accurate but I’m trying to lower it through regular fitness this year 😅

@@thedeveloperadam I've seen people do some outlandish (foolish) things on KZbin for a few clicks. One might compare this to someone jumping out of an airplane hoping the parachute someone else packed, will open. I consider the rest of my worth more than 15 minutes of a natural high from heavy adrenaline secretions. Yeah, I'm a worrier.
